An alpha numeric name only, no spaces and obviously not anything another user is using.

Display Name:

This is the public name you show people. Spaces are allowed but keep it respectful and decient.

Email address:

You MUST know what this is?...

Homepage & Homepage Title:

The title is what you want to call your “homepage link” and the URL is where it will link to. If no title is used it will default to the URL if you have multiple things to link to perhaps think of using our sister site Lazy Links!

More info can be found here - But in a nut shell: When active (private) Your content is locked and only you can see it. Anyone wishing to "follow" you must be granted permission by you. If no permission is granted then they will not see your content. You will also NOT show up in site searches to non followers.

The site Blog editor saves as you type by default. This is to prevent anything being lost, but you can tun it off here should you wish.
